We do have a very rigorous quality control department but at times a few hitches might go unnoticed. All you need to do is, just send the same product back (labels and tags intact).

Please drop a mail to fsbreturns@gmail.com with your order id and reason for return. Please do that within 5 days of the receipt of the product. We will provide you with the details about how and whereto send the product back.

• How and when can I return my product?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received for any reason you can send it back to us within 7 working days from the date of receiving the order. Send us a mail at fsbreturns@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions for return.

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds, but we will refund the amount in the form of store credits, which can be used to purchase any product from the website in a period of 6 months. Products featured in Stock Sale category are Not Exchangeable And Not Returnable

• How does the exchange policy work?

If the product doesn’t fit right, the product you received isn’t the one you chose or if there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll exchange it for you. We really want you to love what you get and not be "stuck" with it.
However, please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in. We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times. Cause we won’t be able to process your request.

• Do you have reverse pickup?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not have reverse pickup.

• Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?

Since we do not charge for shipping or COD, we will be unable to bear the cost for the returning of goods. This will have to be borne by the customer.

• How many times can i exchange a product?

Only 1 exchange is free. After that full price will be charged.
